Well, I’m 63 and still getting laid about five times per week. I work out with weights about five times per week and do cardio about four times (that’s down from a few months ago because my knees are acting up). You’re going to have a hard time winning this argument with me.
The guy who lives two doors down from me died last year at 95. The last year was rough, but he was out walking the neighborhood in his 90’s, stopping to talk to neighbors and enjoying life.
Bad breaks happen. The odds of getting cancer, heart disease or dementia can be radically lowered with proper diet and exercise, but even then they are not zero. As long as a man takes care of himself, and avoids those bad breaks, he’ll just be losing his spryness at 80.
