I wonder how long it took that smug prick to realize that his testimony will be the reason Kyle walks. Was it right after the word “correct” came out of his mouth or was it after his testimony.

I watched the live feed with the attorneys last night after work. While they do provide entertaining commentary, they don’t know when to stfu. It’s hard to make out what’s being said in courtroom with 8 idiots on live stream thinking they are the funniest person in the room

The other thing to consider for prosecutorial misconduct is why was Gage allowed off scot free from his OWI charge (from the other thread).
That should be investigated but if the investigators are the same idiots who are busy charging Kyle, then we’re at a dead end

i'm all for comments setting context in real time but they were like a bunch of slobbering drunks by late in the day yesterday making the stream impossible to listen to.

oh its much worse than that. all his antifa connections, the coordination with other people in other cities...this would have blown the lid of the Antifa coordinated violence across our country last year and the establishment wanted this evidence spiked.

Ya - and then they get too many people on there.
But these are amateur's, so I tend to give them some latitude.
But it would be best just sticking with Rekieta, the red dress chick and maybe 2 others.

Agreed. When the YouTubers would yell "Objection your honor!" ...I kept thinking it was a lawyer in the courtroom objecting.... very hard to follow trial with so many people talking over each other. I do appreciate their commentary...but be quiet most of the time!
