He was also pulling his weapon out to shoot Kyle when he was disArmed. He has a police record if I recall as well, correct?

He's a felon so yes.

Wonder why the ambulance company would hire a felon so easily

I don’t think they need to bring in anyone else. The video of the scene alone can be used to destroy him.

Though cross examining him on the “organization” and his role as an “ACLU legal observer” needs to be done to see if they can make him perjure himself.

If this guy hypes himself up as a hero is it legal to bring in some character witnesses that would say otherwise?

This "hero" just said he "witnessed the defendant offering medical assistance".

i'm sure the defense noticed that as well.

"seems like you should have been aware if your gun had a round in the chamber before you went out into a volatile situation"

Even if his gun didn't have a bullet in the chamber how would Rittenhouse know that? That doesn't do anything to disprove the self defense claim.

Well, then that settles it. My concern was GG would make the case that by this point in the night, he is under the impression Kyle is blasting away people and so he is trying to be the good guy in taking him out.

So he was doing exactly what Kyle was doing, providing medical care to those injured during the riot. To include being armed. The difference is that no one attempted to assault or disarm him.

The defense needs to press him on what his intent was with the weapon.

Why did you bring a weapon with you? What was your anticipated need for a weapon? Were you prepared to use it in a defensive manner to protect your own life?

This guy is a fraud. You’re telling me you’re there to provide medical assistance. You’re telling us you had quick clot, equipment for a chest wound, and other equipment for a severe medical emergency but when one occurred you rendered zero aid. Unbelievable

I have not found anything but a felony burglary complaint that was expunged from his record.

Do you have something I am not finding?

So they are trying to convict Kyle of being inexperienced at delivering medical assistance?

This guy is a clown

Dumbass prosecutor just got HIS witness to say, on stand, Kyle was there to administer medical aid

Wow, this prosecutor looks to be trying to purposely throw the case so Kyle's release and not guilty verdict would cause riots.

Nah don't take it as bible. Just things I've read over the course of this trial so I'm not 100% on that.

Haha. This guy is trying to make his EMT correspondence course definitions and scenarios sound like he is a legitimate health professional.
