You're right based on reality. But legally he is supposed to be about justice and not getting a win. The ADA is clearly a leftist though so I'm sure he doesn't care about justice.

I think the jury is going to see the entire night in just a few secs in time frame. The pedophile grabbing the gun barrel. The skate board guy smacking him in the head and Grossnutts pointing his pistol at Kyle. That simple and short and it comes down to self defense on Kyle's part.

In the military, the concept is a little simpler: you shoot center mass so that if you’re a little bit off, you’ll still hit something.

Kyle did well... I still don't believe putting on the stand was the better move... but I can Monday Morning QB this for all time... but Kyle did himself well and didn't hurt himself much if at all

As someone with no gun training and no desire to own a gun that is what has always made sense to me. Shoot center mass because even if you miss center mass you have a higher chance to hit something else.
