The audio on the latest ICE Agents camera sounds like the "wife" yelled at Good at the time she knew the ICE Agent was in front of the SUV.
Sounds like she wanted her to run him over when she yelled drive baby drive.

The difference is one characterization is accurate, while the other isn't. Things would be very different if actual fascists ran the country.

The second is the most likely scenario, no reasonable officer is going to willingly stand in front of a vehicle and shoot if you actually believe you're going to get run over. A normal person would stop when a LEO order, a sane person would stop when the LEO pulls the gun.
Anything else and she's a hostile with a deadly weapon.

Too bad, thats not the way the law works. LEOs need to keep themselves safe to keep law abiding people safe.

this is complete nonsense. you don't have to stop just because an LEO tells you to stop and pulls out a gun. we have a little thing called the constitution. the first officer jumped out of the vehicle and immediately tries to open her door. there were no lights, no indication that she was being pulled over for a traffic violation or otherwise. they just jump out and go after her.

no, he absolutely does not. a warrantless arrest requires some type of exigent circumstance, voluntariness, or probable cause. It is not at all clear that any of those criteria were present.

You dont have to, but you should as there are always repercussions to defying a cops legal orders. She gave them probable cause to detain her.

This is a valid point. Now, no one is talking about Somali fraud in Minnesota and elsewhere, the news has jumped to this shiny object to divert attention.
The wife was outside of the car videoing her interactions with ICE while both provoked the agents. It’s standard technique, try to provoke them into doing something inflammatory that can be publicized. Only issue for this couple is they pushed the boundaries and took it too far, now one is dead.
I’m confident someone was paying them, maybe investigators can figure out who and start unraveling this nonsense.

At no point have I “defended” either of them. In fact, I have said, in multiple threads, that she should’ve complied with the order. In that, she was wrong.
None of which has any bearing whatsoever upon the question of whether the officer was justified in using lethal force against her. The ONLY question is whether her operation of the vehicle caused him to have a reasonable belief that deadly force was necessary to protect life.
This is like talking to a damned toddler.
