Bless your heart. You keep on believing whatever the government tells you!

That is a great movie if dated. Just a warning for some of the ladies and soy boys here, OJ played the token black astronaut in the film.

you divide 238,900/250 you get 995.6. So the space station is 995x closer.
Right, abd if you know math, my statement is correct in the spectrum of answers.
But yours is even more proof of the impossibility

Another DEI negro, just the right wing. Dumb is dumb no matter the side of the aisle.

People who believe the apollo missions are real are children. Arguing with them is like arguing with a three year old. I have no idea why they refuse to grow up. I guess they don't want the responsibility.

See, when government & corporate news media become comfortable with lying to the American public about everything from drones, dossiers, laptops to stolen elections and lab leaked pandemics, trust about pretty much everything is shot.
They did this to themselves.
They did this to themselves.

Our government lies about everything, why not this.

You're a clown with asking to prove anything negative.
Prove we haven't been on jupiter
Prove we haven't been on jupiter

And they knew that in 68 eh?
It's so moronic even typing that. You should be ashamed

did you ever speak to any of them that actually landed on the moon?
I wrote the procedures for the Command Module to perform the orbital maneuvers necessary to perform the docking maneuvers to link the two spacecraft should the Lunar Module suffer a failure after getting back into lunar orbit after the surface mission was completed.
My individual interaction was with the CM pilots - and only met the LM crew during meetings, etc.
In those days there was no time for chit-chat - we were working extended hours just to keep schedules as close as they were.
I was close personal friends with a few of the mission controllers - my best friend was Robert "Bob" Carlton. He was the Mission Controller for the LM on the Apollo 11 descent to the moon. If you listen to the audio tapes from Mission Control of that phase of Apollo 11 it is his voice who alerts to "60 seconds" - which means they had one minutes worth of fuel remaining on the lunar Descent module.
Bob was also one of the stars behind the scenes on the Apollo 13 disaster, working on how to husband the Lunar Module resources to maintain power during the return to earth. Bob and the men he worked with were giants of intellect, moral fortitude, and honesty. I was honored to have worked amongst them in a supportive fashion. And Bob was my best friend for hunting and fishing.
You can get a very good insight into the working of the Mission Control mindset by reading a transcript of an interview Bob Carlton had with the NASA Johnson Space Center Oral History Project back in 2001.
LINK
Back in the 60s and 70s NASA was filled with men like Bob Carlton - men who worked their asses off day and night in the search for absolute perfection, or as close as they could get to it.
There is no power on earth that could compel any one of them to devote one moment of their lives to some ruse.

We can't get a couple of stranded astronauts home right now....and they are 10 xs closer and we have computing power thousands of times stronger than in the 60s.
You’re right. The pyramids don’t actually exist.

Some of you are totally unhinged. What impact would it have on your life if we really didn't go into space? Absolutely none.

What a career. It must have been very gratifying.
Thanks again.

The same impact it would have knowing exactly what happened to JFK.

First 20 years were fantastic - with the work and the comradarie - last 15 not so much with managing to ever changing requirements and evolving human relations standards (the introduction of what came to be DEI.) Couldn't get out of there fast enough.
If you are interested in that era, look up the audio recordings of people like Bob Carlton, Phil Shaffer, John Aaron, Emil Sciiser, et al = true giants of intellect, honor, dedication, work ethic, and good human beings. They were the cream of the crop, but their basic work ethic and honor code ran thru the entire corps.
It was the honor of a lifetime to work along side these giants.
