He doesnt need to worry about the DOJ because he is retired military which means he is still subjected to the UCMJ. He should worry about the military.

Exactly, Loughners former acquaintances described him as having been "very liberal" several years prior to the shooting incident. His favorite book was the communist manifesto.

Yea my fault, that was never confirmed. Just had to refresh my memory so I read up on it. Ain't paid any attention to that story since 2011 until I just seen her husband's interview. I should not have added that to my post.

He was known for being belligerent in class and loud about political things. Obama was the president at the time so I'm assuming he was anti that administration. He may have been anti government overall though.

He tried to kill a Democrat though. Doesn't mean he was a Republican but it's highly likely.

He did not watch TV; he disliked the news; he didn't listen to political radio; he didn't take sides; he wasn't on the Left; he wasn't on the Right. Zane Gutierrez, a friend, later told The New York Times that Loughner's anger would also "well up at the sight of President George W. Bush

You cant be more right wing that that

Having his wife shot in the head 15 years ago doesn't give him the right to foment insurrection. Na. It does not. I have no problem with him being an anti-gun advocate. Having said that his time would be better spent being a mental health advocate because it was a crazy frick who shot his wife.

In his defense, he probably does associate with a lot of Democrats and we all know how muder-y they can be.

So it's not an insurrection to have a rally where you hype people up on false information, tell them to march to the capitol, have multiple militia groups involved, call multiple secretary of states to find votes, and that group attacks the government unsuccessfully.

That's not an insurrection, but telling the military to not follow ILLEGAL orders is provoking an insurrection?

Nobody said don't follow any orders at all. No one said go attack Trump. But this is provoking an insurrection, but the actual insurrection is not?

I'm not saying you believe these things because I don't know, but I've seen numerous dudes on here say it wasn't an insurrection.

How did Kelly provoke an insurrection?

Perhaps he should talk to Steve Scalise, Brett Kavanaugh, or DJT. The latter, BEFORE Kelly falsely accused him of illegal military orders. The attempt on Kelly's wife was terrible, but it was apolitical by an insane person.

And who decides what is illegal? You fricking clowns think every single policy by Trump is illegal. So no, soldiers don't get to pick and choose what they want to do.

And how about showing ANYTHING from Trumps speech that asked for any ILLEGAL action. You can't which is why he was never charged by you clowns for insurrection.

Well let's clear up your dilemma. I am saying you are full of shite. Let's not leave any question as to belief on the table.

That's why you were so intellectually and emotionally feeble as to have to use an alter for cover.
