Remember when a lot of Republicans claimed that he was wronged by other Republicans for not allowing him a hearing because "he's a moderate"?

The doj is not a 4th branch of government listed in the Constitution, close it down.
All states have AG's, most not weaponized, and the country was fine for over a hundred years without the doj.

Glad he wasnt confirmed for SCOTUS and glad he will be gone in 2 weeks. He will be just a small fricking stain on this great countries history and no one will remember his name in 10 years.

but still no videos of protestors with guns? the most powerful nation in the world with armed police couldn't stop unarmed insurrectionists...imagine what the history books will say in 50 years

Well, this isn’t true at all.

I hope he is disbarred and impeached (retroactively) as a federal judge and AG so he doesn’t get his federal retirement.
I think the odds of prosecution are zero and this would be the most humiliating anyway.
I don’t to be paying that sack of shite’s salary until he dies. He’s truly unremarkable in any other way than his weak, feckless “leadership” of the DOJ. He is the petty tyrant that CS Lewis warned us about

"The most heavily armed citizenry on Earth tried to overthrow the most powerful government on Earth... without a single gun."

Over the past four years, our prosecutors, FBI agents, investigators, and analysts have conducted one of the most complex, and most resource-intensive investigations in the Justice Department’s history.
They have analyzed massive amounts of physical and digital data, identified and arrested hundreds of people who took part in unlawful conduct that day, and initiated prosecutions and secured convictions across a wide range of criminal conduct. We have now charged more than 1,500 individuals for crimes that occurred on January 6, as well as in the days and weeks leading up to the attack.
But, as far as the J6 pipe bomber goes...

Don't forget - 20 GOP senators voted with all the Dems to confirm Merrick Garland as AG.

And that's one of the reasons your sorry arse is on the way out.
Yeah, they focused on the important shiite, not deadly terrorist attacks.

If anyone thought there was a slight chance Garland wasn’t political, this statement should remove all doubt.
0 officers died in the line of duty Jan 6. None of their deaths were ruled line of duty.
100% political statement.

That statement is treasonous.

Still waiting on Garland and the #MuhInsurrection fanbois to explain how Trump was supposed to have inspired a revolution against the government he was fully the head of for another 2 weeks prior to the Fauxnauguration.
