Today DeSantis released the forms that they all signed and it says they agree to be flown to Massachusetts and that they are not liable in any way for anything that may occur in that transition.

Basically... a group of people or an organization paid the illegals some money, in exchange for them suing Desantis. Wouldn't be shocking of those people were from Martha's Vineyard. The elite don't want the poor to be within a mile of their empty vacation houses, but they'll probably throw out a few thousand dollars to try to teach that pesky Desantis a lesson.
