This whole dog and pony show today was to affirm House Democrats in starting impeachment proceedings. The dossier didn't work to keep him from being elected in 2016 so they will use the impeachment hearings to try to stop him in 2020. Deep state is all in.

Okay. Granted that the DOJ vis-à-vis the Special Counsel cannot charge a sitting president, is Mueller correct in his position that the SC can’t even state if they found evidence of a crime?
In other words, it sounds like Honest Bob is saying that the SC can ONLY exonerate but cannot even imply criminal wrong doings.
That’s a strange and unique interpretation of the role of the Special Counsel. It sure feels like a cop-out.
I think that if they had found conclusive evidence of sure-fire obstruction, the report would have sounded much more definitive.
This “clarification” sounds like after-the-fact revisionism. The original intent, IMO, was to say Trump sure considered obstructing the probe, maybe even “attempted to”, but we can’t say that he did actually obstruct. Now, Mueller is saying maybe he did obstruct, but we can’t say for sure because a President can’t be charged.

Brit Hume just nailed it. This was nothing more than a very expensive fools errand. In other words political bs. The Mueller Investigation was born out of an attempt to cover the FBI coup.

He said the Russians didn't want HRC to win. He never named two Fla counties hacks (in his report) as being republican. He wanted folks thinking it was dem counties and muh Russians against HRC. It was not muh Russians and it was phishing of two republican counties.

Mueller said he could have charged co-conspirators with obstruction, just not the president, which there surely would have been considering how large the presidential attaché is.
