From watching the video, It seems like there initially was a Repo driver that was trying to take possession of the woman’s car. The police got involved and the officers tried to calm her down. She seemed to have mental issues. I think the fact that she was about to lose her car caused her to snap. She probably wanted death by cop.

Likely correct. If you turn up the volume, as she’s going down you can clearly hear her say “much obliged”
