Yeah. So you saw the physical contact and decided that it wasn’t physical contact.
Yes, playing the game of semantics my original post said “never got physical”.
I don’t think a one handed push, after which he immediately raised that same hand/arm and turned around to disengage, should be considered any serious “physical” threat.
Guy should have never put himself in the situation to begin with. But I don’t consider a half-assed one arm push any sort of threat to warrant how they responded.

Not all would permit deadly force. Some SBIs in the wrong factual scenario otherwise would not permit deadly force. The factual analysis is based on the totality of each individual scenario.
How much of a beating must one take before deadly force is justified? Is permanent and debilitating injury required?
And do we get timeouts to consult with the booth before having to decide whether or not to pull the trigger?

as SFP pointed out, "fog of war" happened
There’s your quote. SFP wasn’t referencing the “fog of war” you are referencing.

Apparently him and 808 both agree that you can't have all the facts, but apparently here everyone had all the facts, while at the same time not having all the facts, and we need to hold them responsible.

Ok. I agree it wasn’t a serious physical threat. It was absolutely physical.

Resisting arrest while armed isn’t part of the Bill of Rights.
The poster I responded to included only
1) protesting
2) while armed
Resisting arrest was not mentioned.

So I'm using fog of war in the more correct context, and proving the point that facts aren't always accessible, and you're being triggered?

I agree. I used to think there were standards to become lawyers. Let me guess, Southern Law?

You are so stupid. You have obviously never talked to anyway in law enforcement or military. You are fighting against them. It's not their job to die to find out if your stupid arse is FURTHER armed
Courts disagree with you my friend.

You seem dumb. Argue with someone else.

If that was the case the leftists would have far less to argue with. Actually, courts very often side with police officers. You actually know that, but you are being retarded on purpose.

When I didn't get into the lone T14 school I'd have paid for, I slummed it at LSU on a huge scholarship, as I did in undergrad when I decided not to pay for the Ivies.

Go do that to any federal officer, state trooper, or local sheriff, and let me know howit turns out for you.

That tweet doesn’t add anything to the discussion.

So he was recording government officials in the course of performing their public duties? A first amendment protected activity?
While he was armed, and then he moved aggressively towards them creating physical contact as he tried to prevent them from engaging with other protesters who were attempting to impede.
Is your claim that all he was doing was recording?

And now you express your disdain for our 2nd amendment. You are on fire right now!
There are firearms rights, and then there is someone attempting to start a massacre.
You seem to think the officers can't defend until he fires the first shot.
He moved towards contact with them.
But you can live in your Murse fantasy.
This dude was a domestic terrorist.
