It’s all bullchit…. ignore the shiny, sparkly media narrative …
quote:
I think we already know what documents the FBI and DOJ were on a mission to retrieve, and they had nothing to do with nuclear secrets .
Try to avoid the shiny things, the pushed narrative, and keep the full context of the last SEVEN YEARS of DC targeting operations as the primary intellectual filter.
Donald Trump held evidence of a politically weaponized U.S. intelligence and justice system. To include an extensive paper trail showing how the DC apparatus under the Obama-era intelligence system, Dept of Homeland Security, Office of the Director of National Security, Dept of Justice and FBI coordinated with the Hillary Clinton campaign to install her into office
THAT is the top-secret classified intelligence that must NEVER reach sunlight.

I think folks need to brace for the very real possibility that in Donald Trump's hubris, petulance and pathologic arrogance, he committed some serious no no's here.

Leftist Andrea Junker has tweeted that all of Trump's SC picks will be removed and replaced if convicted under the Espionage Act

Sure. And if Stacey Abrams drops a dime on the 2020 election, we’re going to change the calendar back to 2020 and run that thing back.

I think his lawyers have said that some of the boxes were classified and in taped up boxes. He may not know everything he had.
Might have had things that were little more classified than he thinks.
OR
The FBI planted some shite. No one will ever know the truth.

Did the FBI plant shite, or were the documents perfect and totally double-secret declassified?
You should get your story straight with the rest of the cult first.

They don’t have to be “double secret declassified”.
They are presumed to be declassified since they are in his possession.

Let them try. If Trump can hire halfway competent lawyers then they will destroy the DOJ in court and the deep state will hand the Presidency to Trump on a silver platter in 2024. If by some chance he is convicted then DeSantis will have a clear path.
However with that being said f**k the FBI and DOJ.

Stupidest thing I've ever heard! Supreme court justices have to be ratified by congress. No one can just remove them because they were nominated by Trump.

At the same time, TRUMP is gaining support by the minute!

quote:(1) Trump's personal letters are his personal letters,
Not even after he was told it was that classified
(2) Materials Trump deemed declassified are ... wait4it ... DEclassified.
(3) Regardless, as is the case with any ex-POTUS, Trump maintains a security clearance.
(4) It appears, unlike Trump, some (perhaps all) of the raid brownshirts lacked security clearance to view SAP docs.
(5) NARA/NAMBLA can stick their BS right up their backsides!

Want to know how the Nazis gained power just like this. The silent majority don’t give a shite about anything but lulu lemon CrossFit and travel ball. One day soon they will wake up and realize the country is lost and then blame the people that paid attention and tried to tell them.

Really would depend on what the SCI docs were about and where they found them. If they were still in boxes, the Trump is totally in the clear. He can reasonably say that he did not know he had them specifically and they were inadvertently packed up. It does happen. If all documents were found in boxes in the padlocked room, Trump is not only in the clear but given that he was complying with requests by the National Archives, puts the government at a disadvantage.
This is not about documents pertaining to nuclear information. Any info he may have would be obsolete regarding that. The nuclear program is constantly upgraded in that what was of concern even 12 mos ago has been minimized.
As a former President, the only thing that could land Trump in hot water was if he knew he had specific documents and was somehow peddling the information whether domestic or foreign. It has to be both, not either or. So the possession of the docs given that he was President can reasonably be explained away. If he had them, knew he had them and was putting it out to the highest bidder....yeah Espionage Act stuff, but I would put that at .5%
