I guess it could. I just saw footage where he looked to be holding a phone but I didn’t dive deep.
Maybe I’m missing something but why does it matter if it was a phone or body cam?

CNN has obtained footage showing that the Honda Pilot driven by Good was parked in the street for three minutes before the incident.
A neighbor who witnessed the incident says that Good was "blocking traffic, so they couldn't progress."
