Cell phone. In other footage he is seen holding a cell phone. And cell phone have stabilizers in the camera software now. I can run and film and it plays back like you were driving on a smooth road.

A traffic offense isn't a federal crime. ICE doesn't have general law enforcement powers. They can only enforce immigration laws and federal crimes they witness. She doesn't appear to be blocking the street any more than was Agent Ross's SUV.
I'm not trying to be a pain in the arse. Good alone is responsible for her death. She DEFINITELY intended to harass ICE. I just want to see evidence of her crossing the line to interference.

You can also see the look in the driver’s eye right at the end which looked like she intentionally floored it and wasn’t fearful or trying to flee as the media implied.
