You mean actual evidence defining the mindset of the attack could sway the jurors?
How non-muslim of us!!!!
I really think that we ought to define Islam to NOT be an acceptable "religion" wrt to criminal statutes, especially any involving personal injury.

No, they cant be. If they dont speak English, they are not here on a work visa. If they are here on asylum, they lied to get into this country and should be strung up as foreign agents

Small consolation, but they were at least convicted on lesser charges. I think the dad could go to prison for up to 2.5 years still. The sentencing isn't for a couple of weeks. If they get off light, that town should burn.
