They could have defunded it long ago. The GOP, the party of Bush puppets, are like Hillary Clinton, they have a private and public position. To the people they were against Obamacare, but in truth they supported it in action because it helped kill the competition for the major insurance companies that buy their summer homes.

I know it feels good to see Trump clown on Republicans publicly but it's foolish. When you publicly fight with people they have to oppose you. It cost Trump in GA and AZ and it stopped Obamacare from being repealed.
It's about winning and what policies actually get enacted.
