I am not sure that should reflect on the chief. I have some nieces and nephews that are likely in some nefarious shite. I’m not close enough to them to know for sure.

I find it hard to believe that the chief didn't know his nephew was the largest dealer in the area. Check the chief's financials.

He probably should have had some sort of clue considering his position. I bet his brother in law cooks up blue meth.

But Leavitt being the aunt of the bastard product of her brother and his illegal girlfriend (never married) is fair game?

If the local police are compromised then the FBI should run point on this. Especially since this is clearly a targeted terrorist attack on an individual.

Well sure, but let’s say you’re an insurance salesman, would you know whether or not your nieces and nephews were insured?

You have nieces and nephews that are drug kingpins...? I think I need to make a phone call...

A man who is dealing drugs would likely be extra careful around his uncle in law enforcement

I think we have sheriffs either explicitly involved in the drug trade or being paid to look the other way coast to coast.

Think about how little we pay police officers. Think about how much money there is in the drug business.
