How can Borat publish this movie without RG authorization? Obviously they were not in a public area and certainly had an expectation of privacy.
Seems like an easy lawsuit to win.

Yeah I don't understand this sequence of events or how it's legal.
If I went to a bar and picked up a chick, brought her back to a hotel room and had someone secretly filming it, wouldn't I be thrown in jail? Am I missing something?

Has anyone here actually seen this video yet or is everyone assigning value judgments on Rudy Giuliani through the context of a tease of a Borat movie?
Calling him a creep and all that? Let's wait for the video, shall we? I'd be more willing to bet Rudy knew exactly who they were and what they were up to. Rudy may have just snagged him a lawsuit.
