Looks like the real son played lacrosse at Rhodes and is in law school. The mom refers to her daughter by her Audrey, not Aiden. So there is probably some tension there.

According to english grammar, for better or worse, the entire sentence refers to the Militia.
"the right of the people to keep and bear arms" is just describing a "well-regulated militia". There are no coordinating conjunctions in there to make "the right to keep and bear arms" an independent clause.

I am an educated man and I always get confused by the language of trans. The child murderer is the female on the right. The birth name is Audrey. It wanted to be Aiden. Looks to be normal at this stage of life.
Murderer is the girl on the right when she was 19. Again, looks normal.
