Right, but going outside and saying "it is cold right here in this one spot on the planet is undeniable proof that the Earth is not warming" is just as weak as saying "it is hot somewhere and thus that is proof of global warming".
At least when they measure global warming they are talking about the entire globe over time, and not just Memphis one season.

If measures and methods were consistent during that span, we'd actually be dealing in science, rather than talking concocted bullshite.

If you're arguing against climate change then you aren't doing a good job if your argument against it is that the climate changed (got colder) in your location.
People are way too emotionally (or financially) invested in this to think clearly.

That's a completely different argument than what is being made here. We're talking about local weather patterns being proof for either side. This is cherry picking.

Warmists emotionally invest in weather exactly as you are observing the OP to do. They simply claim to do it from high ground ... which is a mound of pseudoscience.
There is not a whisker of difference between the two.

That’s technically impossible. CO2is 0.04 percent or .0004 of the atmosphere and is the smallest of potential greenhouse gases.
The sun is obviously the temperature driver. We should start praying that is solar minimum that is beginning now (every 206 years) is not as strong as the Maurader Minimum from the 1600s. That will kill a lot more than Covid.
