They purposefully set up this SCAM so that he can't disprove the allegations.
He can't provide evidence showing he's never been to the house because she claims she doesn't remember the house.
He can't prove he wasn't at this house during the time she says it occurred because she doesn't remember the time it occurred.
He can't prove he wasn't even in town during the alleged incident because she couldn't even give an APPROXIMATE date.
Remember, this is how the Duke Lacrosse players showed that they weren't in the house -- with ATM and other video evidence showing they had left the house.
He can't challenge anything else that happened before, during, or after the alleged event because she can't remember how the "party" was arranged, how she got to this "party" or how she got home from this "party."
The only "proof" the SCUM that orchestrated this SCAM allowed are the witnesses. ALL say it never happened -- including one of her best friends.
I just hope that Sen. Coons has a son who is one day called to disprove such vague and completely unsubstantiated allegations.
