I actually Google earthed the location. It a strip mall of entirely Somali "businesses". There is a large apartment complex within walking distance. I'm guessing it's an entire block with nothing but somalis.

Okay….devils advocate here….what’s wrong with immigrants having a side hustle to make a little money? I’ve been shopping for a car lately and have noticed quite a few immigrants selling cars on marketplace. But with carfax, you can tell now a car’s history and whether it’s a rebuilt title. If they’re selling these cars to other immigrants (which is pretty much all they can afford), what’s the issue?
