Her whole argument… “this is unprecedented, thousands are dying every day, we must act now” proves her view that the constitution is a merely a recommendation.
No dumb arse. Laws don’t change based on situations. They change through Congress and constitutional amendments. There’s processes for that.

If you have 100 employees and they all get vaxxed, you have likely reduced Covid infections by 1 or fewer. That’s not nationwide mandate driving data.
