Further, why is "taking from the rich and giving to the poor" anything anyone who isn't a Bernie or AOC disciple should be speaking of in a positive light?

Going to lose 10K+ off the DOW. They should have communicated this to the American people. I’m just glad I’m young enough to overcome it. Current retirees are going to greatly suffer.

Trump never campaigned on fighting off a recession and doing surgery on the patient or creating a re-set. It's was all golden age on day one BS.

A decent chunk of the modern GOP constituency are working class people who have been leaving the Democrats for a generation or so but especially broke off and went for Trump in 2016. This is partly why Bernie was doomed in 2020. He didn’t have these types of people to lean on in the primaries.
They’re receptive to the MAGA populist rhetoric not the traditional chamber of commerce conservatism.

Economic populism whether left or right will reach many of the same conclusions. Its class warfare.
A Marxian parallel, the workers want to overthrow the means of production and return power to the people. They are all in on redistribution.

As we stand now with he Nasdaq futures we are near the point of the breakout above to all time highs we had in Dec. 2023.
Depending on selling pressure we should see technical support in this area.

This is the fun part of history with things like international socialism (left) v. national socialism (right). It’s the same thing in some ways, not in others and the differences are fairly important.

Anyone with an ounce of economic knowledge knew this was coming. That is why I laugh at your posts.
