please go watch the video that starts earlier. ICE agents, go push a woman down and he steps between them and immediately they just spray pepper spray at him with his hands in the air.
Then they tackle him, take his gun and shoot him. At no point in the video does it show him reaching or anything. There are about 6 ICE agents holding him down before one decides to execute him.
On top of that, we now have a president saying the fact that he was holding a gun means agents are allowing to murder him. Not that he reached for it, or did anything else, just possessing a gun.
Someone needs to hold these dumb arse ICE agents accountable.

You will justify any circumstance. You’re blinded and NOTHING under any circumstances will call you to question these types of situations.

It depends.
Was he grabbing his gun when the ICE agent disarmed him? Did that agent yell that he had a gun, prompting another agent to shoot him? Would we expect all of the agents to instantly know he had been disarmed a half second before shooting, or are they responding to the fact that he had a gun?
Why are ICE agents shooting people in Minneapolis who are resisting arrest, armed, or hitting agents with their car, but not shooting people anywhere else where these confrontations are not happening? Almost as if they are only using lethal force against people who are actually trying to harm them.
Once again, if the guy complies and isn't interfering with LEO, he is still alive.

It is very clear that ICE is more of a group of untrained rag tag army drop outs. They are not prepared in the slightest for any kind of discomfort.
While I am a democrat, I am generally very much on the police side in most cases. They have a hard job and they are required to show massive amounts of restraint and they do a good job.
ICE on the other hand has shown no ability to have restraint and are looking to kill at the slightest sign of inconvenience and it is going to keep escalating due to their lack of training in any kind of de-escalation methods.
Further more, I can agree that we needed to do something about the open border. But this is going to kill any momentum of border patrol we had. Is Minnesota really the area that needs a ton of ICE agents to "protect" our borders, or is this just a political stunt?

Yes. He was still struggling. And, assuming that that was in fact the perp’s gun, there was no way for the other officers in the scrum to reasonably know that he had been disarmed. Whether or not he was actually armed is of little to no consequence. All they knew was that they had a violent perp with a gun. The use of deadly force was justified.

Resisting arrest isn't a death sentence. Hitting a cop with your car while resisting probably will be. Taking a gun to go frick with LEOs while they are doing their job and then resisting arrest probably will be.
Even better than not resisting arrest, go home and continue living your life. What positive outcome are you going to get by fighting ICE to protect illegal immigrants? All you can do is cause worse outcomes for everybody involved, most likely for yourself.

I wholeheartedly agree you. I simply don’t understand why these people put themselves in these positions This guy looks like an average Joe, at least the Good woman was an obvious whack-a-doodle.
