Iran has nothing but oil....NO other economy. They are nothing to us.
Now, big picture. They sell their oil to Russia. Kinda wierd how if Iran's oil is disrupted, Russia will be in more of a bind. Which helps subdue Russia against Ukraine.
There's so much more to this than just threat of enrichment.

It’s been a reality for a decade now. Evidence was produced on several occasions by Israeli, U.S. and European sources. They’re not going to produce anything new publicly now that could compromise efforts to disrupt or halt Iran’s nuclear program.
