LIVE YT feed

Kareem Obama Jr. that said over a year ago on MLK day that Trump was the grand wizard of the klan is speaking. No thanks.

He is showing past hack crosseyed lawyer trial clips.

Kareem is appalled because Trump never gave Ukraine the oval office meeting. Yet if Trump had the meeting they would still say impeach.

I’ve probably listened to less than an hour of Dim TDS madness this week. One hour was plenty of time for the Dims to state their case....it became repetitive by the 2nd hour.

Yeah it's pretty bad and they get to partake in the non-sense unchallenged ad nauseum. Pretty tough to take in honestly.

Trump's team will have equal time. And more importantly, unlike in the House, the Senate follows the rules.

Rather striking comparison between the two parties who control each branch of Congress.

Has anything happened today? I live in the liberal haven of Northern Virginia and it’s as if this isn’t even taking place.

Oh yes I know they will have an opportunity but this block of time, the three days the Dems get, is beyond my ability to stomach. Not sure the good guys are going to use their three days either, which might have some merit in doing as well.

True. Were this the house conducting this, the moment Trump's team started speaking, Schifty would gavel them out. "Your time is suspended. Let's go ahead and vote."

Trump's team should speak for a few hours....have the vote for witnesses, and have the final vote and this thing tossed by Monday

According to the rules, the Senate members get to submit questions. The Senate question and answer phase is 16 hours, which the whole thing will be taken up. Then, they will bring up about 20 motions, which will take another 2-3 days. This thing is going into next weekend regardless of how long the Presidents team takes. My guess, is they wrap on Monday.....that would likely get the actual vote into that following week. I’m guessing February 3rd or 4th for the dismissal vote. Mcconnell will want a Prime Time vote as well, so expect it to be at 6/7pm

Nope. Two days for questions . . . and you can bet that EVERY SENATOR is eager to go on record. Roberts is gonna be busy for those couple of days after the presentations are concluded.

Schumer just said EP cannot be used on witnesses that want to testify. I don’t think that is correct, is it?

He’s wrong as Clinton used it. They can be forced to testify but the scope of questions and answers are limited.

A witness doesn’t get to waive EP on behalf of the executive.

That would essentially nullify EP and subordinates would be able to blackmail the president.
