I see Kushner but I'm thinking Ken from 30 Rock.

It is a weird deal for the UAE, in terms of concessions. They didn't get very much out of it on the surface.

Trump has successfully negotiated a peace deal between Israel and the UAE, which is practically unthinkable, and yet the Democrats are so blinded by their rage and seething hatred for him that they refuse to come to the table to work with him for the betterment of all Americans.
Think about that.

I’m thinking what they got is behind the scenes stuff you can’t commit to paper.
If Iran is trying to destabilize them, Israel “taking care” of things for them isn’t something they can admit.

Trump should get a Nobel peace prize for this historic achievement

Why insult him with it?
He actually did something that would deserve it instead of just not being W.

Entirely possible, as there could be streamlining of intelligence operations, but there are major fractures between the Gulf Arabs that have been starting to surface despite the Iran threat. The Iran containment strategy employed since 2018 hasn't really worked, and there are more fractures since then. The KSA is at the heart of a lot of them, and the diplomatic angle has been terribly managed by MBS, and to fix the issues requires skillful diplomacy. Maybe this is a start, but the anti-Iran faction has been playing catchup since 2015, and still isn't organized to the level needed to counteract Iran.
That coalition needs to face some hard facts and acknowledge them rather than pretend the reality on the ground is the same as it was in 2011.

What kind of deal is that? Without palates of cash delivered in the dark of night, it's meaningless. - Barack Obama

Until one of them gets mad at the other over something biblical and the peace treaty is meaningless....once again.
A) The UAE being the epicenter of Islamic fundamentalism that it is.
B) Neither of them read "The Bible".

UAE striking a deal for diplomatic ties could be a way of normalizing relations between Saudi and Israel officially down the line
Did people miss SA and Israel publicly announcing they were now working together a couple years ago?
