"By directing......." There is zero proof, even an indication, that biden did either. Mike Johnson said that he went to talk to biden about one of biden's EO, arguing against it. biden said he never signed that EO. Johnson showed him where he did. Point being, biden had no clue that that EO had gone into effect.

1. Trump can obviously revoke the EOs of previous administrations, though I am unsure whether he can do so on a blanket basis like this. It would certainly be cleaner if he individually revokes the ones that he claims were signed by autopen.
2. As to pardons, not so much. This will be determined when a pardoned person gets prosecuted and presents his pardon in a motion to dismiss. The court will either dismiss the case ... or not. If not, it will be an appellant point, which will work its way through the court system ... probably long after Trump leaves office.

Mike Johnson was wrong. He says he told Biden.
"Sir, why did you pause LNG exports to Europe? Liquefied natural gas is in great demand by our allies. Why would you do that?
Biden was right to be confused.......because he never paused LNG exports to Europe.
Mike Johnson had completely misrepresented Biden's EO which had paused the approval of new LNG export terminals. Massive difference.
Mike Johnson was either deliberately dishonest or confused about what Biden's EO was actually about.
