I think the news conference is a good idea but it should not be from Trump because it has the potential to damage further investigations and prosecutions. Trump needs to stay far away from this so that it does not appear he is running the DOJ.
This news conference should be held by Bondi announcing DOJ is looking into these orgs and people. Assign a team of 40 forensic auditors to each of these orgs that have received the funds to trace every penny received and sent out until they get the the final beneficiary of the funds sent out. If the trail stops without knowing a final beneficiary, refer prosecution for the last known recipient.

It's not going to be the names of individuals engaged in fraud/kickbacks.
