Eyes are completely different, ears are in a different position on the head, etc. It is not the same person. It's been confirmed. It's also been confirmed that the lady on the street in Ontario is a match.

How the frick would I know. But as someone mentioned above, why would Maxwell OR Epstein agree to be in prison when, as Alan Dershowitz has said, he could get them off with no jail time whatsoever if they had made it known they were Intel agents?
My guess is they were given immunity because they worked on behalf of multiple governments and what we are seeing play out is a literal movie.
