It is. It passed through the straits of Malacca early last week.

I get that, it makes the most sense to me, but I don't understand the regime's moves relative to it's long history of aggressive posturing that typically gets pragmatic just in time to stave off a significant regime change threat.

I lean on the side of we are being fed some very exaggerated numbers. But its also the regimes own fault since they cut off all avenues of information gathering and are incapable of being trusted when it comes to information giving which makes it easy to believe what the protesters/pro shah people are pushing
