I won't pretend to know what the best decision for us to make is. Honestly, I still haven't formed a strong opinion either way. I do not envy the decision makers in this one, there isn't an easy choice.

The only thing I can be critical of is the "hell to pay" part of Trump's initial comment on Xwitter. I know that came from a place of projecting power and trying to influence the Iranian regime, but I think there was little positive to that comment in hindsight. It just unnecessarily complicates the decision at this point. Hanging those protesters out to dry at this point would be a bad look. They're convinced our help is coming, and we still don't seem all that solidified in our response.

I don't know. I hope it all works out and those brave Iranian people get to piss on the Ayatollah's dead body when this is all said and done.

I don’t think you need massive airstrikes just yet. Hit the jammers and give the people the ability to connect to the outside world via StarLink. Once video starts flowing in real time the regime will fall without us having to wreck the country with air strikes

?While we expose your violence against the protesters, do not think we have forgotten the political prisoners who were imprisoned even before these protests: Narges Mohammadi, Sepideh Gholian, Javad Ali-Kordi, Pouran Nazemi, Reza Khandan, Majid Tavakoli, Sharifeh Mohammadi, Hossein Ronaghi, and many others. The continued detention of them remains a serious concern. We demand that the Islamic Republic regime immediately release these prisoners and all prisoners of conscience.

Masoud Ahmadi Moghaddasi was one of several judges of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Court, that collectively sentenced more than 2,800 to 3,800 political prisoners to execution during the 1988 executions of Iranian political prisoners.

After murdering Moghaddasi, Majid Kavousifar escaped from Iran to United Arab Emirates and went to the United States embassy to apply for refugee status. Instead, the embassy surrendered him to Emirati police, and the UAE extradited Kavousifar to Iran in 2006.

Looks like we’re starting our involvement with electronic warfare.

Soo, we bomb Iran to save Iranian protestors lives and this will bring peace to the region?

Hmm, somebody will retaliate if he keeps bombing/fricking with other countries.

I thought yall all voted for no more wars?
But, bombing and running away from that country is good?

Who is paying you?

I'm not trying to catch a ban today because I am already on TD parole after serving a two (2) year e-sentence for telling people like you exactly what I think.

You need to sit the frick down.

I’m actually gonna be pretty upset if we don’t end up doing something. Feels like the next 24-48 hours is when we need to hit

He didn't run on anything about liberating other countries so they will take back immigrants.

No more wars is accomplished first by not bombing other countries.

How is Venezuela liberated after be bombed and dashed. We stood by and watched/helped the genocide in Gaza.

He has No plans, no diplomacy, and only knows bombing as a fix, will see how that works out.

Israel/ME is worried about strikes uniting the protesters...with the regime that's slaughtering them by the thousands? The hell?

I'd think NOT coming to their aid while they're getting slaughtered would 'unite' them into feeling hopeless and backing down, something that would kill any chance of regime change for decades.

“ I have just one thing to say to the Iranian leadership…….Dont.

Respect. The people of Iran need us.
