Hard to put any faith into 12 randoms some with an axe to grind for the orange man to try to get rid of him once and for all
But maybe I’m wrong.
People claim they’re impartial and unbiased but that’s horeshite

Starting to sound like the jurors will vote guilty.

Very, very wrong. It is one of the most concrete and longstanding principles of the Court.
quote:
Our only power over state judgments is to correct them to the extent that they incorrectly adjudge federal rights.
quote:
For the Supreme Court to review a state court decision, it is necessary that it appear from the record that a federal question was presented, that the disposition of that question was necessary to the determination of the case, and that the federal question was actually decided or that the judgment could not have been rendered without deciding it
Your argument is moot regardless, because any appeal will include federal law.

Switched over to RAV Network and Bannon.
Someone just watch Merchan’s face and you will know the result.

So is states not trying to prosecute an ex-President and current candidate for President

That has never once been touched by SCOTUS.

There was definitely a Trump supporter on that jury. I very seriously doubt they folded in less than 3 days. Not a chance.

One thing to raise hopes is the fact the jury asked for the Cohen and Pecker testimony. If they don't find Trump in the wrong there, there is no way to get to guilty.

I agree. If there is a defect in the prosecution, it likely applies to all charges, making quicker work.
