Nope. Everyone knew right from wrong then. Bonnie and Clyde knew they were evil and hell was their destination. They chose that.

I had a buddy that looked at the map and history books and said Kansas was the answer and moved to Emporia Kansas. Great little college town right? Wrong the Bush administration settled thousands of Somalian refugees in the town. They were going to work at processing plants.
The forefathers of Boston were considered highly industrious… But today Boston has multiple no go areas.
Chicago, St Louis, and Milwaukee make a crime triangle that would make Atlanta look tame.
Minnesota has the terrorist capital of the US in it.
Portland Oregon should just be razed and allowed to rest for a generation. Seattle is headed that way.
California needs to split into 3 states with the one that gets the San Francisco and Los Angeles areas not allowed to govern itself for a generation.
The South has a handful of shitholes (and Georgia has far more than just Atlanta. Augusta, Macon, Savannah, Columbus are just as bad but smaller scale) but let’s not pretend it’s just a southern problem.

The first scene definitely looked staged. After that did look pretty real. Hell the good rat guy was a better actor than the 3 at the beginning

Their laziness and lack of foresight have ruined once great cities and made a large part of the South completely uninhabitable.
What? I guess the south should have used the model cities of Detroit, Chicago, NY, Baltimore, St Louis and other northern utopian cities for their template.

I agree with this. Relativism has taken hold of the culture. But that does not militate against my point, which was that this sort of violence has a long pedigree in the USA. But we glamorize Italian mobs in a way that black “gangs” are not.

It’s unfortunate that the violence and shootings in the hoods give out the stereotype of the entire city proper (which is not the case) - outside of the hoods - Atlanta is still a somewhat safe major city
The Atlanta "hood" is about as scary as Gentilly, IMO. That's the ceiling on Atlanta hood scariness.
