Ain’t this the guy Sir Winston just opined was a fed since he hadn’t yet been arrested ?
This was a theory posited by the great Walter Kirn and Matt Taibbi that made sense to me.
Very happy that hes arrested.

He was asking so he could be on camera and go viral when he would be.
He got his wish, unfortunately

The Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, codified at 18 U.S.C. § 248, establishes federal criminal penalties for violations involving the use of force, threat of force, physical obstruction, or intentional property damage related to reproductive health services or religious worship.Criminal Penalties (18 U.S.C. § 248(b))Penalties vary based on the nature of the offense, whether it involves violence or force, prior convictions, and whether injury or death results:
General first offense (involving force or threat of force): Fined under Title 18 (up to $250,000 in some cases) and/or imprisoned for up to 1 year, or both.
General second or subsequent offense (after a prior conviction under this section): Fined and/or imprisoned for up to 3 years, or both.
Offenses involving exclusively nonviolent physical obstruction:
First offense: Fined up to $10,000 and/or imprisoned for up to 6 months, or both.
Second or subsequent offense: Fined up to $25,000 and/or imprisoned for up to 18 months, or both.
If bodily injury results: Imprisoned for up to 10 years (in addition to fines).
If death results: Imprisoned for any term of years or for life.
These are maximum penalties; actual sentences depend on factors like the specifics of the case, judicial discretion, and sentencing guidelines. The law also provides for civil remedies and penalties, but your query focuses on punishment (criminal aspects).
Note that peaceful protest, picketing, or expressive conduct protected by the First Amendment is explicitly not prohibited.

It's starting to come out on X that this guy was busted down to E-1 and was dishonorably discharged for theft. He's a POS stolen valor type that embellished his service. He shouldn't even draw VA benefits. What a shitbird.

Hopefully they are actually prosecuted.

I'm sure the other prisoners will respect him if he shouts them down like he did to the folks in the church.

I would like to see this happen because i keep hearing that they are going to follow the cash, especially for Antifa. Problem is I have not heard the administration identifying any specific group or person so far. Makes me think they have gone 100% cash.
