Grover College
I went to Berea College which should align with conservatism but they have a bit of SJW on their campus.
Schools that don't have federal funding will be more practical.

U. of Alabama employs Dave Beito, who wrote a great book on TRM Howard.
Auburn used to have ties with Mises Institute.

If I could do it over again, this is where I would attend.

Auburn used to be. It was the “safe” place dads could send their daughters. Don’t know about now. We had lib professors back then, but the student body was very conservative. It’s been a long time since I was there.

Pensacola Christian College
It's almost like a cult. Women can't wear pants, they have curfews, tattoos have to be covered up, no drinking. Dudes and girls are segregated, no headphones. Pretty crazy shite.

Why are the useless degrees allowed? Accreditation?

A&M is not very conservative these days.

but Baylor has somehow become a super lib campus
My kid graduated a couple of years ago and she said it wasn't liberal at all. Only a small number of SJW's that the rest of the students laughed at. I didn't see it being bad last fall the trips I made there.

I bet I took a similar tour.

While not as conservative as people tend to think, Washington and Lee is relatively conservative for an LAC.

Here are my top five, in no particular order
Grove City College
Highly regarded academically. Does not accept any federal student aid program. No student loans, no Pell grants, etc.
Hillsdale College
Conservative christian school. Does a good job
College of the Ozarks
Requires all of its students to work.
Liberty University
Its a university that operates like a megachurch. Wants to be an evangelical BYU or Notre Dame.
Brigham Young University
The Mormon version of Liberty. One of the best business schools in the country.
Honorable mention:
Big universities: Texas A&M, Baylor, Auburn, Clemson, Oklahoma State
Smaller places in Southern states: Furman, Mercer, Belmont, Union, U. of the Cumberlands, Mississippi College, Carson Newman, Ouachita Baptist, Charleston Southern

Uh, no, not really. There are several churches with strict codes of conduct. That doesn't make it a "cult". Cults generally try to lure you in and then prevent you from leaving. PCC, and the churches they're affiliated with, is pretty quick to boot you out if you make a habit of breaking the rules. That's just being strict.

Auburn's faculty has been pretty liberal and outspoken, though. It was Lowder that kept them in check in the old days (remember the faculty senate's fury at his "You don't let the inmates run the asylum" comments back in the 2K's?). But he's long gone. I think it's inevitable that AU will creep leftwards in governance.

Definitely Pensacola Christian college. They are super conservative. They have their own book publishing company and do amazing without government assistance.

Hampden-Sydney College. Super small all male school in Southern Virginia. Only one of three all male colleges left in the country. Been around since 1775.
