The fact the NJ race was close in an off year cycle is impressive, and a negative on democrats.
And then there is VA, a blue state. Youngkin is the outlier, and democrats weren't going to vote a black conservative.

Trump admin cut a lot of waste and growth of government in D.C. and terminated thousands upon thousands of government payroll bloat... just for starters on "what have Republicans done." That's as consistent with conservative values as anything and something the voters elected him to do... So, the people angry about that went out to vote against Republicans in the elections last night. D.C. and the D.C. burbs carried those elections. Anyone who doesn't realize that is a fricking idiot.

1. Massively cut government bloat in D.C. by eliminating unnecessary government jobs. The federal government should not be a job creation program.
2. Immediately closed the wide open southern border that was letting in thousands of illegal invaders a day, after Democrats claimed for a year prior that a bill needed to be passed by Congress to enforce border security (a major lie).
3. Trump immediately had ICE out rounding up illegals and deporting them... which libf@gs immediately and predictably sky screamed "racism" and "fascism" about and rioted over it, still are rioting over it, and all Trump is doing is enforcing existing immigration law.
4. Trump renogotiated trade deals that better situated America and American workers, taxpayers etc... rather than continuing in one-sided trade deals that benefitted other countries to the detriment of Americans and America.This has also lead to billions amassed via tariff revenues.
5. By doing the above, many foreign companies have announced billions of dollars of U.S. investment, which will create new jobs here for Americans and revenue that helps America.
6. Trump negotiated and has attempted to negotiate peace agreements between several factions of feuding nations, and keeps attempting to help negotiate an end to the Ukraine / Russia war, which will save us billions of tax payer dollars.
7. Trump admin policies went from turning around the lowest recruitment the U.S. military has seen in history over the past few years, to the highest numbers of recruitment the military has seen in many years by getting rid of all the woke and DEI liberal bullshite.
8. Trump supports and has taken steps to end the transitioning of children via the disgusting push of liberal gender ideology we saw over the previous four years, as well as helped influence states to ban boys and men from girls/women's sports... and keep them out of lockerrooms, bathrooms etc.
9. Trump has gone heads up against big Pharma and is implementing a low cost prescription drugs program, rather than allowing American citizens to be fleeced and taken advantage of by Big Pharma.
10. Trump appointed RFK Jr. to head the U.S. DHHS and implement policies to make food healthier for Americans, and weed out corporate pharmaceutical and medical industry corruption in the agency to save the lives of Americans.
11. The stock market has been absolutely killing it and many hard working Americans are reaping the benefits via their own stock activity and their 401Ks.
12. Trump has been exposing the corruption of the corporate, biased mainstream media.
