Again, you don't know her intent and the officers didn't either. The officer who shot her was on the hood of her car, so he didn't see which way her wheels were turned. Not that that even matters.

I might encourage you to consider whether or not we should scrutinize when a LEO does it differently than when a civilian does it. I don’t understand why these are being compared in the same light. Carrying deadly force professionally comes with a higher level of responsibility.

The wheels are irrelevant to the course of events as the officer would not be able to see them from his perspective. He would be looking at the windshield and the grill, which follow after the wheels turning. As he was firing both were pointed directly at him.
Hopefully these officers wear body cam as well and his perspective is taken into account.

I think "made contact with" is as far as we can go with what the legal observer who was minding her own business until ICE attacked and murdered her did without proper Mwade approval.

You really are asking me if republicans should just go along with the democrat emotional driven roller coaster and just shrug it off and "keep doing the right thing".

Don't amend the rules when the game turns unfavorably. Simple as that. The left has had chance after chance to call it straight. They had the chance with Chauvin, they had the chance with Babbit, they had the chance with the left destroying federal property, they had the chance with the case after case after case after case of women being killed by criminals.
But nope. Pick and choose. Now they need a political diversion, they command you guys to repeat their narrative for free and to the best of your ability. And you folks proudly give it your all with not a cent or even a kudos in return. A hell of a thing for a group that was just yelling "no kings".
