Local news here reported UMC was briefly locked down in the event he needed to go there. But he went from hob nobbing at Lindo Michoacan mexican restaurant right to AF1 without a mask ??.

In videos media released of Biden using the short stairs of AF1....Biden half-arse saluted with his right hand going up the stairs. And his left arm was limp as if it was immobile.
Also shown with him needing help into his limo. he appeared as if he was a stiff walking very pale.
