I prophesied this - roving bands of angry black young men streaming out of the inner city killing innocent people - simply to kill them.
But without question THE most disturbing senseless murder of an innocent person was that young Ukranian refugee woman stabbed to death while sitting in her seat as she communted home from work. She came here hoping to escape the violence in her own country only to be murdered here instead.
The stunned look on her face as she watched her murderer calmly walk away. Then she sat there in shock and motionless as she bled out then collapsed on the floor.
This is what decades of failed democrat social welfare policy has created - legions of angry young black men and women. I had a friend in law enforcement tell me - these ghetto rats will kill you and not even blink an eye.
