No one. This is just more lies to fit their sad "Trump is a Russian stooge" narrative.
They are the ones who sold Putin Uranium, took down Eastern European missile defense systems, allowed them to annex Crimea, lifted Trump's sanctions, and greenlit Nord stream 2. They were the ones making under-the-table cash hand over fist in the region.

I think you and Bass are both right. Trump would've advanced a lot of Putin's goals diplomatically had he been re-elected (remember his first impeachment was for trying to withold Ukrainian defense aid). We would've probably seen the US withdraw from NATO to set him up to do the same thing to the Baltics that he's been doing to Ukraine since the Maidan. I think this was going to come eventually, though, even with Trump in office.
