A NY judge can determine what property values are for purposes of hearings in his courtroom.

That's it

If it's $18 Million, there are a lots of prospective buyers willing to jump on that today.

That property is way more valuable than that.

Thsi. I’m surprised Trump heads haven’t tried to blame Desantis for cancer and covid at this point. It’s creepy.

This need to try and summarize Trump supporters for an absurd opinion on Twitter is truly pathetic. Does pretending this fill the void that the Desantis failure has left?

You guys are going to need to start being honest with yourself at some point.

Not really sure I understand why someone's clearly stated argument is invalid because of how many times they post. Would think content would matter, but I guess that would require a rebuttal to refute which can be difficult in some situations.

No resurgence here, for me. I am mostly avoiding the issue and just thought this was funny and its making the rounds on the Twitters.

Yes. Nothing absurd about namecalling anyone who disagrees with your daddy. Schoolyard fights are more coherent than some of the Trump supporters on here.

It’s not scary at all, but it is quite complicated. You misuse the most basic terms. You don’t know what you don’t know and it is quite humorous.

Concrete proof that Desantis is an establishment plant.

That property is definitely worth north of 150 mill (although a billion like Eric Trump claims seems to be unlikely).

The value of the buildings of the resort are worth a lot. But it being in the Palm Beach area means that, if the land ever hit the market, it would be worth far more than that because of the desirability of the area.

Kind of like houses in Los Angeles… the actual house from Friday in Compton was a little shithole but it sold for $1m a few years back because the land it was on appreciated so much. That is why they have what are known as “$1m tear downs” in LA because people buy it for the property, scrap the existing house, then build the house they want to maximize footage.

The problem is this land is deed restricted per an article I read earlier. It has to remain as a club. It could not be turned into a single use home or a few different lots. It is still valuable property, but the value would definitely be lowered by the deed restriction.

You botched the acronym of the act (embarrassing enough in its own) which did cause some changes to the code, but it isn’t the code. So you didn’t just botch the name of the act, you clearly don’t know the difference between an act and the code. Really basic stuff. You keep proving my point over and over.

Because it’s clearly an alter from someone (I wonder which one of you) in an attempt to look like you have more support than you actually do.

He is their boogeyman for now

A number of people tried to reason with you and warn you some time ago. Ron is not ready and the competition in Trump is too great in 2024. You people decided to push him, and push him hard - by attacking your fellow conservatives with no end of childish shite. You created a stink and now Ron stinks too because your actions tainted your preferred candidate. He won't win the 2024 primary and his shot at 2028 is pretty much gone, and no one on this board will take any opinion of yours (on any subject) seriously again. To summarize in words you can understand - frick off, loser.

They're paranoid. Anyone who is new or has a certain number of posts is an alter account, just here to mess with them.

The poster you replied to in particular thinks very highly of himself.
