Hamid is so fricking bad. I can’t believe he’s still in consideration for a national team spot.

He started our downfall by fricking up that last game of Olympic qualifying like 5 years ago

I would think by now we would have given up on Hamid and move on with Steffen, etc. The next crop is younger and could be established for a decade.

What young crop? You've got Steffen, Bono, and no one else that's really tearing it up. You still want someone between the ages of 24-33.

Is he a wide forward or a wide midfielder? A wide forward can become a striker. A wide midfielder is unlikely to switch so far upfield.
