Yes, they have a Disciplinary Committee that can look at incidents after the fact. Once the semifinals hit, VAR will be used.
As a referee, that would have been one of the easier reds I've given. Easily endangered the safety of the opponent for SFP and Adios, amigo!

My kind of ref. I would have given a red until the ridiculous theatrics by the Philly player. Then I would have shown them both the yellow.
