Scally just became a pro. I get how well he’s playing, but I’m sure Berhalter wants to see a little more before calling him into the squad. I could see him in November.
I’m interested in seeing Weah. He’s made massive strides at Lille.

I’m also happy to see De La Torre. Can’t claim to have really watched him play and am curious to see what he can do (although I don’t think we’ll see major minutes from him this window).
Looking at the roster and thinking about some of the omissions, our pool of defenders really is strong right now. Vines, Cannon, Miazga, Long, CCV, Zimmerman aren’t on this roster and it’s still very strong. Che and Bryan Reynolds are out there as exciting prospects.

I guess they smoothed over the situation with McKinnie, that's good. I can't remember who it was but they said it was "too far beyond repair" or something like that.

I think the lineup I’d run out with this group would be:
Dest MRobinson Brooks ARobinson
Adams Musah Mckennie
Weah Pepi Aaronson
I’m a little nervous about Brooks form coming in and I think Berhalter will start game one with arriola and bring aaronson off the bench.
Richards/McKenzie/Ream all seem to be in pretty good form coming into this so wonder if we’ll see another go at a 3 CB back line with Dest and ARobinson encouraged to get further upfield.

I think there's a very good chance we see it in the Jamaica match.
After that, there's going to be a lot of rotation and we know for sure Antonee Robinson won't be able to play the Panama game because of the UK red list.

Agreed that would be the most attractive starting 11 by far, and probably what almost all of the fans want as well. But I'm tellin ya, GGG's comments on Zardes over Pefok and things like Arriola over De la Fuente make me nervous that he wants to go the conservative "experience" route. I just hope that Pulisic and Reyna being out doesn't make him turtle and rely too much on old and experienced, versus young and talented.
