LSU has more potential, by a good bit. LSU in theory could be every bit as good, or better, than UGA annually. It could be a perennial top 5 program.
But as a job- don't frick with my money.
LSU is fricking with Brian Kelly's money, the money that was agreed to when he took this job. There's really no 2 ways about that. It's to the point that he's filed suit about it. That's bad. If I were looking as a prospective head coach, that right there eliminates a school from any consideration.

Tulane can still make the playoff though. They probably need a couple of teams to lose b/c the American decided to essentially use the committee rankings as the tiebreaker to determine who goes to their title game so it's hard to know where they stand. Either way, other than the slight chance of JMU sneaking in there it looks like an American team is going to be the G5 playoff rep.

Every Auburn coaching search since I’ve been alive has been a disaster. We have PTSD and expected the worst, but we actually came out alright this time.
2008 - “we want a leader, not a loser”, hiring Gene Chizik after we fumbled away Gary Patterson
2012 - whiffed on Kirby, hired Gus
2020 - Stop the Steele, Allen Greene going rogue with Harsin
2022 - Negotiations fell through with Kiffin after Freeze’s camp leaked details

I am sure you retarded coonasses will enjoy Lane for as long as you have him. If you think Lane loves LSU and it is his dream job then it must be nice to go through life that stupid. We will see in 3 years who is happier.
