Maybe eventually, but I don't think he's actively looking for his next move. Herbstreit said he would leave Ames 3 years ago, but he's still there, despite reported interest from the NFL and bigger college jobs previously. He's waiting on something.
Campbell likely has a handful of jobs in his head that he would take if the opportunity arose, and that's it. All LSU can do is ask if they're on his shortlist.

1. How is Neal Brown not on this list?
2. How does Freeze being with a hooker relate to Title IX? The two literally have nothing to do with each other.

I would want Campbell first and Sarkisian second. I would also be interested in Freeze because he's an offensive genius and he knows how to recruit (if you know that I mean)!

Why not Tom Herman? Everybody knows Texas wants him gone, and he's a better coach than you have and way better than the 'horns believe.

I also have Campbell as #1.. he is honestly head and shoulders above the rest.
I long for a head coach I can trust. I hate having to care this much about who the coordinators are.. it's maddening!

Yeaaa I would be pissed about 80% of that list and have a “wait-and-see” attitude towards the other 20%. Woodward is known for making splash hires so hopefully he could do better than Manny Diaz

You fire a guy for creating a culture that is harmful to women to hire a guy who hires hookers for players? I mean, I guess it's consensual at least but doesn't it look REALLY bad?

I can't think of one example of a guy sucking arse at a power 5 school and somehow turning it around at another school. I'm talking about a guy that hasn't had success, not a guy like Mack Brown who got stale. I'm wanting an example of just ONE guy who never experienced success and stunk it up at a power 5 only to turn it around at another power 5. Ask the Gamecocks how Will Muschamp worked out for them.

I don't accept your premise. Herman hasn't sucked arse at Tejas, he just hasn't met their overinflated expectations soon enough. Eventually, they won't be able to raise enough money to get even a decent coach. It would take having the ability to hand the reins over from the boosters to the coach and having a modicum of patience.

Stop with this nonsense of Brady being a realistic candidate. Jacob Hester has said at least three times in the last month on the radio that Brady hates recruiting. He is also one rung away from being an NFL head coach since he’s an NFL offensive coordinator.
