What dealerships does this Ole Miss dude own in our State?
I bought one vehicle from them years ago and the sales manager damn near made me walk out of the finance guy’s office when I was about to sign everything because he kept insisting on getting me to buy their $2000 extended warranty. I told the sales lady if she didn’t get her manager out of here, to bring me back my trade-in’s keys because I was leaving. This was on top of everything taking like 3-4 hours even though I knew the exact vehicle I wanted before I got there.
Flash forward a few years and needed to bring it in for what I suspected was a transmission issue. Called and made an appointment with their service department. Got there to drop it off and they tell me it’ll be a couple of days before they could get it looked at to diagnose the issue. What the frick was the point of scheduling an appointment if they weren’t even going to look at it that day? I left and won’t ever deal with a Matt Bowers dealership again, and it has nothing do with him being a whiny Ole Miss booster
